University unifies BAS, designed for a campus that has grown to 200+ buildings

Situation: The university has grown to nearly 13 million sq ft of buildings to support growing numbers of students, academics and research. The school has chosen to modernize the BAS in some of its older buildings to provide a unified, campus-wide system for environmental control.
